The first scheduled ride filled to the limit of 50 riders immediately, so a second ride was arranged for 25 riders still on the waiting list. Both rides featured check in on Friday noon and trail riding in the late afternoon for 3-4 hours. On Saturday, riding the trails took place from 10 AM to 4 PM, followed by a steak supper. On Sunday morning, riders departed at 10 AM and were back by 1 PM for the event conclusion.

The spectacular Milk River valley contains the largest concentration of First Nation petroglyphs (rock carvings) and pictographs (rock paintings) on the great plains of North America.
